报告题目：Motor Imagery Paradigm Based on Arabic Numeral Writing Task
内容简介：Motor imagery is no actual body behavior, but use the brain to imagine the body movement, and the controller to achieve the subsequent actual operation. The brain-computer interface (BCI) based on MI can provide communication for people with physical disabilities. The performance of the MI-based BCIs depends on the ability of the subject to modulate brain signals. Although it is possible to train naive subjects to regulate brain activity proficiently, this is often time-consuming. Thus, a novel motor imagery paradigm was proposed to allow naive subjects to better regulate brain activity. In this paradigm, a picture of a pen in hand is used as a cue to complete a motor imagery task. Specifically, subjects could imagine writing Arabic numerals. The paradigm is to provide a familiar movement for most people to regulate brain activity more effectively.
